Attention: Competitors!

The new entry form asks each rider to prioritize the particular divisions she/he would like to ride if offered. Some of the new definitions are different than in past years, and do not match the descriptions in our Omnibus listing. We plan to offer the following divisions at the 2007 Spring Bay HT, unless the numbers are too few to support the division:

OP Open Preliminary . all riders and horses qualified for level.
JYOP Junior Young Rider Prel . all riders ages 14-21 [born 1986-1993]
P(Am) - Riders 22 and older who are Amateurs by USEA Rules. Provide proof.
OT Open Training . all riders and horses qualified for level.

TR Training Rider . rider cannot have completed 3 or more events at Prel in past 24 months.
TH Training Horse . horse may not have competed Intermediate or higher.
ON Open Novice . all riders and horses qualified for level.
NR Novice Rider - rider cannot have completed 3 or more events at Trng in past 24 months.
NH Novice Horse . horse may not have competed Preliminary or higher.
BNR Beginner Novice Rider . rider cannot have completed 3 or more events at Novice in past 24 months.

BNH Beg Nov Horse . horse may not have competed Training or higher.

Additional subdivisions based on Draw (A, B, etc) or Jr/Sr may be made as warranted by entries.

Parking at Masterson/Stabling at KHP

The stall assignments for the Kentucky Horse Park will be posted at the rear door of the Show Office (where the light is on!), and on the ends of the Barns. Stall cards will also be on the doors. We are using Barns 17-21. Enter the KHP via Main Gate, turn left immediately past Guard Shack onto Jenney Ln, follow the road around to event stabling. Turn right on Nina Bonnie Blvd, proceed about 500 feet to large aisle between the Barns on your left. The Show Office Bldg is on the right. Our barns are in the back row, and the main aisle runs between barns 17 and 18. Barns are numbered on the end facing you.
There will be a map to Masterson Station Park in the program with your packet. The Show Office will relocate to Masterson on Fri at the front of the Indoor Arena there. You must enter MSP from the front entrance off US 421, and then drive back to the rear of the Park. Parking is allowed near the start box for P/T and also across the bridge near the start box of N/BN and around the Indoor. No parking at the Dressage complex on your right.

Seasonal pass (Permanent Sticker) - $75

Passes are required for actual days of competition; notices of non-compliance otherwise may be issued and the riders will be instructed to purchase the pass at the show office. The pass will not be required, for example, if the rider is simply on grounds for a short time to walk the course.

Show Office Hours
The Show Office for the event will be open at the Ky Horse Park Thur 3P-6P; at Masterson Station Park Fri 9A-6P; at MSP Sat 6:30A-6P; at KHP Sun 7A-4P.
