Opening Date Feb 18 Close Date Mar 18
All dressage and stadium will take place on Saturday at the Kentucky Horse Park. All XC will take place Sunday at Masterson Station Park. Stabling will be at the KY Horse Park.
There are two cross-country courses at Masterson Station Park. We will run the P/T (Track One) and N/BN (Track Two) concurrently on Sunday.
NEW FOR 2014!
The Kentucky Horse Park has initiated a new fee for non-stabled horses, which will replace the requirement for trailer parking passes.
Each non-stabled horse will be charged a facility fee of $30. This fee will be collected by the event and included on the event invoice from the KHP. Please add this fee to your total if you plan to work from your trailer rather than booking a stall.
These forms are interactive, and may be downloaded and completed before printing for submission. Do not leave any spaces blank; response required for each section.
Riders or Owners who want to pay entry fees via credit card have the option to use the USEA XEntry system. This process can be used by any USEA member. Canadian riders or USEA non-members may use XEntry by creating a USERID in the Dashboard system.
The link to begin this process is XEntry. Credit card processing fees do apply.
PLEASE NOTE: You must still print out the entry form and mail it to the Secretary to be considered an entry in the event if you are using XEntry or any other electronic process. All fees and signatures must be included. If you pay via credit card on XEntry, the "postmark" is the date you submit the entry. If you do not pay with credit card, your postmark on the mailed entry will apply. The secretary will expect paid online entries in the mail just as with those completed online but not paid.
Check Entry Status for the list of entries received as of Mar 29. Please verify that the info shown is correct. Remember that all entries must be forwarded in hard copy by mail.
To ensure that you receive our messages, please add the event email address to your address book.
Spring Bay will offer XC Schooling on Sunday at Masterson Station Park after the courses are cleared.
Riders will need to stop at the Show Office to sign a Release and pick up a Schooling pinney. We ask that you clear the courses by 5:30PM so that we can release our medical crews. Registration will begin at 2:15PM with the courses open at 3:15PM.
Please listen for announcements and check the course to make sure no rider in the event is still on course before you begin. We will cancel the Schooling only in the event of bad weather or poor footing. Please respect the fences and the property when you are riding. Notice regarding cancellation will be made via the website and posted at the MSP Show Office.
Fee (Payable to Spring Bay HT): $35

Many of our spectators are new to the sport of Eventing, and we want them to know you as more than just a number.
Is your horse an off-the-track-Thoroughbred? Is this your first or your horse’s first event? Is this a new horse, or perhaps your first Training Level event together? Maybe it is your birthday, or you are really proud of something you and your horse have accomplished this year. We want to know about your profession, your school/college, spouse/children, etc.
Please email some background information to our announcer Cyndi Kurth. Please complete these no later than Tue, Apr 1. This info will not be shared with anyone else!
