VW Perry was the photographer at the 2010 event.
The Friday Cross-Country Times shown on the schedule have been revised. The corrected times will be reflected when individual ride times are uploaded.
Flying Cross Farm HT will be held on a different date in 2010, to allow all our great volunteers to also work the WEG. Take careful note of the schedule options for OT and ON divisions, and for the Area Championship divisions. Please join us early this year, get in that last practice run before the AECs and then come on down to the WEG as well!
Update Aug 16 I will continue to replace riders from the waitlist through Tue, but after that scratches will only receive refunds of their association fees. If you do not intend to ride this weekend, please contact me via email today!
Update Aug 05
Entries closed on Tue, Aug 3. All entries received by then have either been accepted or added to the wait list. We have over 60 riders waiting, and will add riders to the event in postmark order as openings occur in the division requested. We will continue to monitor the wait list through Mon, Aug 16. Riders who postmarked an entry from July 28 forward should assume you are on the list, EXCEPT for those entries which were not mailed in time to ARRIVE by Close. Those entries will not be monitored, since we have so many already. ALL entries which are not accepted into the event will have checks shredded after the event. Please feel free to email the secretary with questions about your entry. Thanks for your wonderful show of interest in our event!
Update July 24 The event is almost full, so get your entries in as soon as possible to make sure you get to join us! The secretary will be out of town all next week for Young Riders, so please allow time to respond to emails the following week. This event is MSEDA-sanctioned, so points earned and volunteer hours will be credited towards year-end awards.
All entries must be received with complete fees, paperwork by Close Date, so be sure you get your entry in on time!
