Helmet Rule In Effect Immediately Posted by Event Mgmt. on Wed 26 Jan, 2011 Attention: Eventers The new Helmet Rule EV114.1 has been passed by the USEF and is in effect immediately. The rule now states that anyone mounted on the grounds of a US national competition must wear an ASTM/SEI-approved helmet.
