Effective January 1, 2009
The USEF will institute an Eventing Watch List in order to monitor the riding of horse/rider combinations which display a pattern of potentially dangerous riding. All eventing competitors need to become familiar with the expectations of riders and those who will be observing and reporting these incidents.
