The last weekend to complete qualifications for the CCI* will be Oct 7-8. Please disregard the date in the acceptance letter. Riders using this date must immediately notify the USEA for verification and notification to the Event Secy. Sorry for the confusion!

It said in the omnibus that on Tuesday, at 4 p.m., arrival exams would begin, are these like a vet check with a jog? Could you please clarify this for me, it's our first 1*! Thank you!

Arrival exams are an initial status check on the horse. No formal presentation, just a check of the horse's overall condition, obvious lamenesses, wounds, etc, and a baseline TPR. Takes about 10 minutes. You will also present your horse ID (FEI passport or detailed Coggins) and your flu records to the vet. Reply to this comment
