Our waitlists are so big that we do not send confirmations to these riders. You can inquire individually at any time either through the website or via email to ctevents@bellsouth.net about the status of your entry. As soon as a spot opens for the next waitlisted rider ranked in postmark order, we contact that rider via email and/or phone to confirm that she is still interested. All riders' checks are shredded after the event if unused.
All riders whose entries have been accepted receive an acceptance letter by mail within a 10 days of entry arrival. |
