Central ATC at Kentucky Classic 2005
Posted by Event Mgmt. on Sun 17 Jul, 2005
Kentucky Classic 2005 is pleased to host the Central Adult Team Challenge sponsered by the Chronicle of the Horse. Team members should coordinate their entries with the appropriate Area Adult Coordinator (AAC). We will follow the policy below regarding substitutions/changes to team entries:

1) All teams must be sanctioned by their Area Adult Coordinator, either via a note from same included with the entries if rec’d from the AAC; or via Email if entries are sent directly to the secretary by the riders. The riders must assume responsibility for this information. The event secretary will not solicit entries from the AACs.

2) All teams must include the Area in the team name; e.g., Area VIII Rough Riders. All correspondence and entries should reference the team name.

3) All entries for teams must be complete, including fees, membership info and paperwork and postmarked Opening Date to be guaranteed acceptance. Late team entries will be accepted as the event has space. If an Area decides to enter multiple teams at a level, the teams should be ranked in order of desired acceptance if mailed after Opening Date.

4) Substitutions of a complete rider/horse combination will be allowed only if done by Close Date and approved by the AAC. Alternate rider/horse combinations will not be guaranteed acceptance as individual entries to the event.

5) In the event of a Waitlist for the event, replacements for Team entries will not be backfilled from this list by the secretary. Teams which lose riders before Close see #4 above. After Close the team will either remain as a 3-man team or cease to exist. The remaining riders will be allowed to compete as individuals.

There is some good general information available at the USEA website. We look forward to seeing all of you at the event! Event Secretary
