Several states are included in the vesicular stomatitis embargo, covering parts of Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and Colorado. Horses coming to Kentucky from this area should consult the local veterinary authorities for travel requirements. Specific paperwork is needed to travel from this area into Kentucky.
