| Ways to Reach the Mayfest Staff | |

The Mayfest organizers and office staff will be moving to the Kentucky Horse Park this weekend. We want to make sure that all of you can reach us, and let you know that we will try our best to reply as soon as possible. With courses to decorate, rings to set up, the show office to establish... we will be out of pocket a lot, so be patient.
The Post Office box is an hour drive from the event, so if you haven’t already mailed it, please don’t! That location will be checked at the discretion of the golf-playing husband. The website and our regular Email addresses will only be checked periodically beginning Wed morning. Don’t count on a prompt reply. The fax numbers are all located in our homes, again an hour drive from the Park. Bring it with you, please! The Show Office phone number, 859-254-3343, will be manned during reasonable daylight hours, beginning Wed morning. Earlier in the week, that number will ring, but the hunter show staff for the event just ending may be who you reach. They usually take messages for us, but transfer can be slow. The home numbers of the organizers will not be covered at all after this weekend. So, until Wed, use Email first. After that, call us or come to the window. We will be glad to help you there!
