| The Kentucky Dept of Agriculture has implemented an embargo on livestock entering this state from a portion of Texas affected by an outbreak of Vesicular Stomatitis. All livestock coming to Kentucky from Texas will need particular certification. Please read the full details on the KDA Website. | |
