Watch for Entry Status Online
The events hosted here will periodically post an alphabetical list of entries received, generally each week until Close, so that riders can check whether their entries have arrived. If your entry is complete, it will be indicated with a link to a sample of the mailed acceptance letter for that event so that you can see the info it contains. If your entry is incomplete, you will receive notice of missing items in the mail as usual. You may also contact the secretary via email or through the website Feedback link at left. These lists will have a "current as of" date and will be linked on the dedicated page for each event shown on the toolbar. Please understand that the lists will include only those entries which have been processed, so entries received within a few days of posting may not appear that week. If a rider subsequently forwards missing info, you should see an updated status later on. We hope this new feature will benefit the events with a small savings in time and postage, and that the riders will like it as well! | |
