| The Kentucky Department of Agriculture at the Kentucky Horse Park conducts regular inspections of your horse health records. These records must include vaccination info. Read CVI Details carefully. Be sure to have a copy on hand to present as requested. | |
| Bedding | |
| Don Devers has bedding available on grounds at his office in the back parking area near Barn 21. You can make reservations online at www.deverinc.com. If you are arriving outside of regular business hours, and would like bedding available ahead of time, you may also call 859-233-9702 to make arrangements. He also rents golf carts, for drivers 16 and older, and turnout paddocks. | |
| Note: Absolutely no vehicles of any kind on the cross-country courses during the competition. Golf carts may be allowed on course earlier, if footing conditions permit. Check at the Show Office. |
| Campground Reservations | |
| For reservations up to one year in advance, call 888-4KYPARK or go to www.parks.ky.gov. | |
| Farrier/Vet | |
| The farrier and veterinarian will be on call beginning midweek of each competition. Phone numbers and hours available on grounds will be posted at the Show Office. | |
| Stabling | |
| Stabling assignments will be posted at the ends of the barns in the stable area, and also on the bulletin boards at the Show Office. Please honor the stall assignments as posted. Please park trailers in the Main KHP front lot to allow more passenger vehicles access near the barns. The Main KHP lot is fairly accessible to the public. The KHP and Park Police advise that owners secure all valuables and use trailer hitch locks to protect their property. Police patrols are done 24 hours per day. | |

Vehicle Parking - purchases through main KHP parking gate Per Day pass for Window Display $3 Per Event (covers entire show period) $5 Seasonal Mirror Tag $25 Trailer-in Grounds Pass - (only for competitors showing out of their trailers and not renting a stall) - purchased through Special Events Office; check with secretary of event. Per Day pass for Window Display - $20 Seasonal pass (Permanent Sticker) - $75 Golf Cart License - $25/Event or $50/Season - purchased through Golf Cart Vendor Office (Devers). Private golf carts, John Deere Gator, mules or similar rural rate vehicles are permitted under this license. Prohibited on KHP property are all 4-wheelers, 3-wheelers and dirt bikes with engines over 50cc. All operators must be 16 years or older with a current driver's license. Anyone not in compliance or lacking the Golf Cart License is subject to citation by Park Police. Parking passes are required for actual days of competition; notices of non-compliance otherwise may be issued and the riders will be instructed to purchase the pass at the show office. The pass will not be required, for example, if the rider is simply on grounds for a short time to walk the course. Online Order Form | |

| XC Schooling | |

The Special Events Office sponsors cross-country schooling days throughout the season. Dates, costs and protocols are available by calling 859-254-4205 or via email. | |
